Through an eight-week program, you will work with Mary to complete an action plan that includes the following:

  • Examining the misinformation you have learned about grief and why these ideas actually make you feel worse instead of better.
  • Preparing for the recovery process, including looking at unresolved grief from your past and understanding why short-term relief can lead to long-term problems.
  • Creating solutions to address the emotional, mental, and physical effects of grieving that work for you.

Once the initial program is complete, you will have the option to continue working with Mary on a maintenance schedule.
