When we sit and figure out what to leave behind and let go we can start to feel relief.

Instead, we bury the emotional pain away in our backpacks not ever dealing with the loss and our backpack continues to get heavier. Willingness is the key to moving forward and acknowledgeing the weight of the emotional pain that is buried deep down in our backpack.
